1. Who we are / Кто мы

Эта Политика конфиденциальности описывает, как мы обрабатываем персональные данные при использовании сервиса Lithium Analytics.

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok, YouTube, Instagram/Meta or other third-party platforms. Brand names are used only to describe integrations.

2. Data we process / Какие данные мы обрабатываем

2.1 Account data

• email address;
• name/nickname (if provided);
• password (stored as a cryptographic hash);
• account settings and preferences.

2.2 Usage and technical data

• IP address, user-agent, browser/device and OS;
• activity logs (sign-in, errors, security events);
• approximate location from IP for security and diagnostics.

2.3 Cookies

We use cookies/local storage for site operation and authorization, security, and optional anonymized analytics.

2.4 Data from connected sources (including Instagram)

The Service may process data that you connect or upload from third-party sources, including social networks (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram), ad accounts, files, CRM and other services.

Such data may be public on the source, obtained via official APIs after you grant OAuth permissions, or provided by you directly.

Examples: content IDs and URLs, titles/descriptions, timestamps, statistics (views, likes, comments, shares), comment text and author usernames when you enable comment collection, and derived reports.

We do not request or store passwords of third-party platforms. Access is granted through official OAuth/permissions.

3. Purposes and legal bases / Цели обработки

• providing the Service (account, connecting sources, import, reports) — contract;
• AI analytics — contract and/or legitimate interests;
• security — legitimate interests and/or legal obligation;
• improving the Service — legitimate interests;
• support and billing — contract and legal obligations.

For some optional features we may request consent when required by law.

4. Public data of third parties

You may add public pages or posts of third parties. We process only publicly available information for analytics. We do not try to identify private individuals or process hidden data. Data subjects may contact us to request restriction/opt-out where applicable.

5. Who we share data with / Кому передаём данные

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers (hosting, databases, email, payments), AI/ML providers when you use AI features, when required by law, or in a corporate reorganization.

6. International transfers

Servers and vendors may be in different countries. We apply contractual and technical safeguards required by applicable law.

7. Retention / Сроки хранения

• account data — while the account exists and a reasonable period after deletion (for example up to 30 days);
• security logs — usually up to 12 months;
• analytics data including connected sources — while you use the Service, then we delete or anonymize where possible.

8. Security

We use HTTPS/TLS, access control, least privilege, monitoring and backups. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

9. Your rights / Ваши права

Depending on applicable law you may have rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. Write to info@lithiumbi.ru.

10. Data deletion and access revocation / Удаление данных

You can request deletion of data related to your account or projects by emailing info@lithiumbi.ru. We will delete the data within a reasonable time unless we must keep it by law or to resolve disputes.

You can disconnect an integration in the Service. After that we stop fetching new data; previously collected data is kept until deletion or the retention period ends.

You can also revoke OAuth access in the security settings of the source platform (Instagram/Meta, YouTube, TikTok). After revocation the Service cannot fetch new data until you reconnect the source.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy. The last updated date is shown at the top. For material changes we will notify you via the site or email when required by law.
